Our certificates are formatted correctly and prepared in line with Fair Work guidelines. However, we cannot guarantee that every employer or institution will accept every certificate. Some workplace agreements or enterprise awards specify that only a certificate issued by a medical practitioner (a doctor) is acceptable. If you are uncertain about your employer’s policy, we recommend checking before you apply.

Full-time employees accrue 10 days of paid personal or carer’s leave per year under the National Employment Standards. Part-time employees receive leave on a pro-rata basis. Unused leave accumulates and carries over into the following year.
